Collaborated closely with retail marketing and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), leveraging in-depth research studies and rigorous QA testing to formulate a robust branding campaign for Netspend's B2C identity, targeting both retail and direct consumer segments. Crafted an all-encompassing B2C Style Guide, along with tailored marketing assets and templates, to establish and maintain brand uniformity across diverse marketing and communication channels. Engaged in seamless coordination with the UI/UX team, contributing to the strategic planning, design, and execution of the full redesign of the Netspend consumer website.
